Privacy policy
Hood Craps ยท effective October 31, 2026Hood Craps is a street-dice game. This page says what the game keeps about you, why, and how to get rid of it. Short version: we keep what the game needs to work, we don't show ads, we don't track you, and we don't sell anything about you.
What we keep
- Your sign-in. Sign in with Apple gives us an ID that's unique to Hood Craps. We don't ask Apple for your name or email.
- Your street name and friend code. The name you pick is shown to other players, and your code lets friends add you.
- Your game. Your coins and a history of how they moved (rounds won and lost, purchases, daily rewards), your daily streak and wheel spins, and what you do at online tables while a game is running.
- Friends. Your friends, friend requests, the players you've blocked, and any reports you send. Your friends can see whether you're online or at a table and when you were last on. You can stop people finding you by name in Settings.
- Purchases. When you buy coins, Apple sends us a signed record of the purchase (which coin pack and a transaction number) so we can add the coins. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card or billing details.
- Notifications. If you allow notifications, your phone's notification token, your notification switches, and your time zone (so we don't buzz you between 11 pm and 9 am).
- Technical logs. Our server keeps short-lived logs to keep the game running and secure.
Practice mode chips stay on your phone and never reach our server.
What we don't do
- No ads, no advertising IDs, no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No third-party analytics.
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who helps us run it
- Amazon Web Services hosts the game server and its database in the United States.
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, and push notifications.
- Emails you send to our support address pass through an email-forwarding service on their way to us.
Coins
Coins are for playing Hood Craps only. They have no cash value and can't be cashed out, traded, or transferred.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings (the gear on the home screen) or the Bank, and tap Delete account. That erases your coins, history, rewards, profile, friends and settings, and removes Hood Craps' access to your Apple sign-in. We keep only the bare transaction numbers of past purchases, with nothing linking them to you, so the same purchase can't be credited twice. Database backups are kept for up to 35 days and then disappear.
Children
Hood Craps is not meant for children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
